Love Vintage Show and Sale - Our Space

I thought I would post some pictures of our stall as it looked on the Friday before we opened. It was so busy and we sold so much we had to keep changing things around and we had to bring 3 tubs from the Barn on Saturday and 2 on Sunday to refill. We had 5 racks of clothing, heaps of shoes, bags, scarfs and two tables of bric-a-brac. It was a wonderful weekend and I really enjoyed meeting many of you (sorry I was wandering when you came Ellen).

For those of you who may not know, the Love Vintage Fair is being moved to the Horden Pavilion and will be in March 2012, so you can expect a bigger and better show.

The countdown to LOVE VINTAGE FAIR is on!!!!!

We are so excited that it is only 8 weeks until the next Love Vintage Clothing Fair. This is the best vintage clothing fair in Australia and if you are anywhere near Sydney in October (14th-16th) then you must come. It is not only choc-full of vintage clothing and accessories, but there is a best dressed competition and demonstrations of vintage hair and makeup, fashion parades. 

 Each week I will be giving you a sneak peak at some items we will be selling there and stay tuned as next week I will be announcing a competition where you can win a double pass to the show. 

We loved the Love Vintage Fair!

We had the most amazing weekend! We loved being at the fair. We met some amazing, beautiful people. We are home and unpacked now so I thought I would post photos of the weekend.

This is our stall before the fair opened. It changed over the weekend. We sold so much that we were able to take two clothes racks home on Saturday afternoon. 

Our suitcases were also a hit, as you can see in the photos we sold most of them.

We also sold two of my favourite dresses. The blue dress was purchased by a beautiful young girl who is going to wear it to her year 12 formal. She looked amazing in it!

Off to the fair

We just got some very exciting news. We have been offered a space to exhibit at the Love Vintage fair in Sydney on the 15th April to the 17th April.

As we pack and prepare I will post some photos of pieces we are taking. We are very very excited to be part of this wonderful fair.

Home From Market

Thanks to everyone who came down and visited us at the Vintage Market on Saturday. It was great to see you all. We had a great day and it was great to look at the other sellers beautiful vintage wares. The following are two pictures of our stall.

I found this at another ladies stall and thought it was so amazing that I just had to take a picture (with her permission of course!). It is an original 1950's display stand for sunglasses. I want it!!!
